Mike and Julie

Today I had the great privilege of photographing my first wedding. Mike and Julie went out on a limb and chose a rookie to capture their special day. For that, I am forever grateful. Never mind that I tried to take a "Mr. and Mrs." picture with the bride and the best man. Mike has a twin brother (as you can see from one of the photos below). He only threw me off a couple of times today. The beautiful couple got married at Saint Lawrence Catholic Church in Lafayette, IN. They are such a caring couple with great family and friends. I hope you enjoy the sneak peek of their photos as much as I enjoyed taking them. Mike and Julie, thank you so much for allowing me to capture such a special day in your lives. Congratulations!

Julie with her cute nieces.

My favorite part of this photo of Mike seeing his bride is his Kleenex in his left hand. So sweet!

Mr. and Mrs.!

The handsome couple.

I have to give credit to Mike for this cute pose.

With this ring...

And they lived happily ever after!

Angel Grace

A few days after Christmas, I had the pleasure of photographing sweet little Grace. She was such a sport and had the cutest expressions. Grace will be 1 year the middle of January. Her mom, Kelly was so great at making her smile, as you can see from the photos. I hope you enjoy looking at this adorable baby as much as I do. Thank you so much, Kelly, for giving me the chance to capture your sweet daugther's love of life.

Miss Delaney

It's super late, so I am going to be short. I had a great time today with Delaney and her mom, Heather. Delaney was quite the natural model. She cracked me up when, during the middle of the shoot, she announced "the camera loves me." I couldn't agree more. Thank you again, Heather, for allowing me the chance to capture your fun and adorable daughter. I hope you enjoy the preview.

The Nesbitt Family

Today I had the honor of taking family portraits for some great friends of mine. They are such a wonderful family and were so easy to photograph. The original thought was to do it outside on the family farm, but mother nature surprised us with our first coating of snow last night. (Anyone who knows me well, knows I was excited to wake up to the first snow this morning). Mama Pam and Mary, thank you for believing in me from the start and allowing me the opportunity to capture the closeness of your family.

Miss Karly

Have I mentioned lately that I love babies? Karly was such a sweet little model. We opted to stay inside since the weather turned cold. Here are just a few pictures we snapped that day. I had such a good time getting to see little "Sprout" and her mama. Thanks again, Abi, for allowing me the chance to capture the innocence of your sweet little girl!

Michael's Senior Portraits

Today I had the opportunity to shoot Michael's senior portraits. We had a great time roaming through the park and downtown. Michael was such an easy guy to photograph. Thank you, Michael, for giving me the chance to capture such a special time in your life. Congratulations on your graduation. I hope you and your parents enjoy the sneak peek!

Mylan the Princess

The perfect end to a beautiful day. Mylan is 10 months old and just a doll. It takes nothing to make her smile (she must be tough having two older brothers). Babies in the fall are so cute! I hope you enjoy her photos as much as I did taking them. April, thank you so much for trusting me to capture the precious moments of your little angel.
